For orders under $99 we post via Australia post $9.95 (standard post) or $14.95 (express post)

For all international orders we charge a flat rate of $20.

Changes of mind are fine – we have them all the time.

You can lodge a return up to 30 days after your purchase date.

You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

If an item is faulty, we’ll reimburse you for the cost of returning it.

In the case of faulty items, you can choose to have a replacement sent, or get a full refund.

We recommend washing your Kip & Boo items in a cold wash with similar colours.

Leave them to dry on the line away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

We don’t recommend using bleach, tumble drying or dry cleaning.

If you’re an iron-lover, make sure you’re on a cool setting.
