Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.

We’ll send orders within Australia over $99 via express post, free of charge.

For orders under $99 we post via Australia post $9.95 (standard post) or $14.95 (express post)

For all international orders we charge a flat rate of $20.

Changes of mind are fine – we have them all the time.

You can lodge a return up to 30 days after your purchase date.

You’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

If an item is faulty, we’ll reimburse you for the cost of returning it.
