Easy Returns with Kip & Boo

We understand that sometimes online orders may not be a perfect fit. At Kip & Boo, we've designed a hassle-free returns process to ensure your satisfaction.

How to Organise a Return:

  1. Send us an email at, including your order number and details of the items you'd like to return.
  2. Once received, we'll send you a confirmation along with easy-to-follow return instructions.
  3. Pack and seal your items in their original packaging, ensuring the tags are attached.
  4. Send the package back to us using a registered post. Please note that we recommend registered post to prevent any issues with lost or damaged items.
  5. Once we receive your return, we'll promptly process your refund or replacement within 14 days. Please be aware that replacements may take a bit longer depending on stock availability.

Return Conditions:

  • Changes of mind are absolutely fine – we all have them!
  • You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
  • The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the case of a faulty item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning it.
  • For faulty items, you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
