Easy Returns with Kip & Boo
We understand that sometimes online orders may not be a perfect fit. At Kip & Boo, we've designed a hassle-free returns process to ensure your satisfaction.
How to Organise a Return:
- Send us an email at hello@kipandboo.com, including your order number and details of the items you'd like to return.
- Once received, we'll send you a confirmation along with easy-to-follow return instructions.
- Pack and seal your items in their original packaging, ensuring the tags are attached.
- Send the package back to us using a registered post. Please note that we recommend registered post to prevent any issues with lost or damaged items.
- Once we receive your return, we'll promptly process your refund or replacement within 14 days. Please be aware that replacements may take a bit longer depending on stock availability.
Return Conditions:
- Changes of mind are absolutely fine – we all have them!
- You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
- The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
- In the case of a faulty item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning it.
- For faulty items, you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
